This 60-unit building was elevated 12’ out from the surrounding marsh with careful soil placement and compaction to ensure its stability for a lifetime to come. In doing so, were able to be outside of the FEMA flood zone as well as receive the most stunning views overlooking Scituate and the marsh. The special constructed Intus windows help express the pure beauty of this place with the average window being 6 feet in width. Occupancy was granted Fall 2022.
